about Frontline Counseling
— Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.
Meet Megan Randall, LCSW
I’m Megan Randall, founder of Frontline Counseling. I bring nearly a decade of experience walking alongside people who’ve carried more than their share, through deployments, perfectionism, past trauma, and burnout masked as “having it together.” My work is about more than coping. It’s about helping you reconnect to yourself, your voice, and a life that actually fits.
I believe that even the strongest individuals, those who lead, protect, and perform at the highest levels, deserve a place where they can simply be human. Therapy is not about weakness; it’s about courage, healing, and reclaiming the parts of you that got left behind in survival mode.

A Therapist Who Understands the Pressures You Face
You know, I think I was drawn to this work long before I officially became a therapist. I grew up in a family where a lot went unspoken. People were physically present, but emotionally distant. My parents went through a really long, drawn-out divorce, and during that time I found myself paying attention to the therapists in the room. Some really showed up with presence and care. Others just... didn’t. That stuck with me.
Over time, as I supported friends and lived overseas as a military spouse, I realized how much it matters to have someone who can sit with you in the hard stuff. Not to fix it, but just to be there in it with you. That’s what deepened my commitment to create a space that feels safe, honest, and real, where you don’t have to perform or pretend.
I’ve seen what happens when people feel truly seen and supported. They start to reconnect with who they are underneath the pressure. That’s what I believe about every person I work with, you already have what it takes to grow and move forward. You’re not broken. You’re human. And I’ll be here to walk with you through whatever’s next.

I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy that’s direct, compassionate, and always tailored to support your unique path toward healing.
Presence Over Pressure
You’ve been living in “go mode” for years. In therapy, you’ll find the opposite: space to slow down, be real, and breathe. You set the pace. I walk beside you.
Connection Before Correction
You’re not here to be “fixed.” I meet you as a full person, not a diagnosis. Together, we explore what’s shaped you, and what’s possible beyond it.
